Spirit | Abstract and contemplative painting by Manuela Andreoli

The Spirito series by Manuela Andreoli is dedicated to the contemplative dimension of experience, in which light and colour become instruments of interiority and listening. Here, colour ceases to be an aesthetic form and becomes frequency, vibration, vehicle of consciousness. Each work manifests itself as an energy field in dialogue with the observer, capable of activating deep resonances in the subtle body and aura.

The deep blues recall the throat chakra (Vishuddha), the place of inner truth and authentic expression; the blues and turquoises promote mental calm and openness to spiritual flow. The purples and violets connect to the crown chakra (Sahasrara), the portal of connection with the higher Self and the higher levels of consciousness. Accents of gold, white and diffused light act as alchemical seals, symbols of integration and harmonisation of the aura.

Reds and blacks evoke a deep, “visceral” connection with the energy of Mother Earth and the Muladhara chakra, the first of the seven main chakras connected to the earth.

Andreoli's painting in this series does not represent: it conveys. It is a subtle language that accompanies the observer in a process of inner evolution, promoting centring, listening and presence. Each painting thus becomes a meditative space, a silent invitation to recognise one's spiritual nature and realign with the essential rhythm of being.
